This is a 2-String Family Birthstone Bracelet. The first string has MOM written on it and the second string has her kids birthstone crystals: October/Opal, February/Amethyst, October/Opal, August/Peridot and December/Blue Topaz. You could put Mom and her kids on one string and Grandma and her grandkids on the second string. Lots of options with this design.
