This 14k Gold-Filled and Amethyst coin gemstone bracelet is fully beaded and shown with 14k gold-filled 5mm smooth round beads and real gemstones - Amethyst is shown. It comes with a small 14k Gold-Filled Puffed Heart charm.. You choose the clasp during the ordering process. I have other gemstones too. Call, text or email me if you would prefer a different gemstone or more than 1 gemstone per bracelet. The Bracelet shown was made for a very small wrist. It is a size 6 3/4". A USA woman's average wrist size is 7 1/2".
