This is a very flexible design. One of the pictures shown is a 2 string bracelet with 4 names. (See more images below). My Gold Grandma Bracelets are made with 6mm round 14k gold-filled smooth beads alternating and 6mm gold-filled corrugated beads with as many Crystal Birthstones as will fit. You may add sterling silver or gold charms to any of my Gold Grandma Bracelets.
