This keychain comes with a sterling silver picture frame charm and 7 - 4mm bicone Chakra Crystals. You choose the shape of the Photo Frame Charm. I can insert the pictures (1 front/1 back) for you or you can easily do it yourself when it arrives. If you would like me to insert them for you please email them to me @ designsbyleigha@yahoo.com. The end cap on the key chain unscrews so you can add your keys to the 1/2 circle.
